How do I pay?
Pay the driver in cash in EUR. If you prefer lek, agree the amount before departure. Card payments are not available on this platform.
When is my ride confirmed?
Your ride is confirmed only after a driver accepts. For scheduled rides, the search starts 15 minutes before pickup when the system receives updates from passengers or online drivers. Contact support if you have no confirmation.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel in the ride screen before the trip starts. There is no automatic cancellation fee. Once the trip has started, contact your driver or support.
Can I travel with luggage or a group?
Standard and Premium take up to 4 passengers; Van takes up to 7. For large bags, a child seat or special requirements, check with support before booking.
Where do we meet at the airport or port?
Choose TIA Airport or Durrës Port, then adjust the pin if needed. After acceptance, call your driver to agree the exact meeting point.
